Our radiologists have been providing radiology services to the medical community for over twenty years. Located in Toms River, NJ, our radiologists cover all subspecialities of medical imaging diagnosis. Please refer to our radiologist bios for more information.

Thomas Yu, MD, Medical Director/CEO

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Cooper Medical Center. Dr. Yu is fellowship trained in vascular and interventional radiology.




Alicia Daniels, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Daniels completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and has specialty training in mammography, stereotactic biopsy and ultrasound guided biopsy.




Arkady Finkel, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Finkel completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Temple University, and is fellowship trained in neuroradiology from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His other special interests include chest radiology and imaging of oncology patients.




John Swidryk, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from New York Medical College. Dr. Swidryk has completed a diagnostic radiology residency and was fellowship trained in angiography and interventional radiology at Vanderbilt University.




Paul Shieh, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from the Alpert Medical School at Brown University in Rhode Island. Dr. Shieh completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Cooper University Hospital in NJ and completed his neuroradiology fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. His special interests include musculoskeletal and neuroradiology.




Kevin Willis, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Willis completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University, and was fellowship trained in body imaging from the University of Pennsylvania. His special interests include body and pelvic MRI.




Joshua Kellerman, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Kellerman completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Temple University Hospital and his fellowship in Abdominal Imaging and Body MRI at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. His special interests include musculoskeletal imaging, abdominal/pelvic MRI as well as women's imaging and biopsies.




Mark T. DiMarcangelo, DO, MS

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed his internship and diagnostic radiology residency at the Hospital of PCOM. Dr. DiMarcangelo holds certifications in both Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and Clinical Professor at Rowan University/SOM. His interests are in musculoskeletal and general body imaging.




Vitaly Izgur, MD

is a board certified radiologist and board certified neuroradiologist who graduated from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his radiology training at Temple University Hospital and his neuroradiology fellowship at University of Washington. Special interests include Musculoskeletal MRI and head and neck imaging.




Ilene Burach, MD

recieved her medical degree from Temple University. She completed her residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in addition to an abdominal imaging fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Her special interests include breast imaging and women's imaging.




Francesco Florio, DO

received his medical degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ and completed his specialty training at University of Pittsburgh. He is ABR board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology.




Atul K. Gupta, MD

is a board certified diagnostic radiologist who received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA prior to completing his radiology residency at the VCU Medical Center in Richmond, VA. Dr. Gupta served our nation's veterans at the Hunter-Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA from 2008-2015. In 2012 he cofounded Dynamic Imaging Associates, a private teleradiology firm with Drs. Dulai and Sethi. In February 2015 Dr. Gupta left the VA Hospital to devote his time fully to providing Dynamic Imaging Associates. Dr. Gupta is proficient in general diagnostic radiology with special interest in abdominal imaging, virtual colonoscopy, and MSK MRI.




Feng Tao, MD

is a board certified radiologist who received his medical degree from Suzhou Medical School. Dr. Tao completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, 1997-2001 and a MRI/combined body imaging fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York, NY, 2001-2002. Special interests in MRI (MSK, abdominal pelvis, cardiovascular, neuroimaging) and other cross sectional imaging modalities including CT, US and NM.




Bharathi Batchu, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received her medical degree from Bangalore Medical College of India. Dr. Batchu completed an internship at University Hospital of New York Medical College. Dr. Batchu completed a diagnostic residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and is fellowship trained in body MRI, from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Batchu has research experience in the department of Radiology at Columbia University, New York and the New York School of Medicine, NYU.




Cyrus M. Golsaz, MD

is a board-certified radiologist who received his medical degree from UMDNJ – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Golsaz completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Nassau University Medical Center, a fellowship in Abdominal and Pelvic Imaging at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His special interests include body, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular imaging.
